Most of the posts you’ve read on this blog on free acai berry supplements involve their health benefits, how to get the most out of taking an acai berry supplement, and where to find the best deals on the most effective free acai berry supplements from the most reputable manufacturers. But we’re going to take a little departure from that today to relate some fun and interesting nuggets of knowledge on free acai berry supplements.

The acai berry comes from a palm tree called Euterpe oleracea. Euterpe was one of the Greek muses, the Goddesses of the arts, specifically the one representing lyric poetry. Her name means literally “delight”.

The acai berry is a relative of other fruits also containing an antioxidant called anthocyanin which means literally “blue plant”, including blueberries, cranberries, red grapes, and red wine.

According to WebMD, studies have been conducted finding that acai berries have more antioxidants than its cousins the blueberry and cranberry, as well as more than rasberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

Think about that next time you’re taking (or thinking of taking) free acai berry supplements, and it’ll probably put an even bigger smile on your already smiling face.

Step 2: Colon Cleanse Elite (Risk Free Trials Available)

Despite what you may hear from skeptics, cynics, and naysayers, acai berries have undergone considerable scientific study, and the research has already yielded significant results. And those results appear to back up many of the health and wellness claims being made by purveyors of acai berry supplements.

Of course the “original” researchers were the tribal medicine men and women of the Brazilian Amazon – such as the Uwishin of the Shuar people – who, centuries ago were the first to discover this fruit native to their home. They quickly discovered the many benefits of acai berries through regular use and observation, accumulating endless anecdotal evidence to verify their findings.

Today’s consumer is less comfortable with purely anecdotal evidence, however, preferring indisputable scientific evidence to support their health care choices. That’s why researchers like those at the Federal University Rio de Janiero and the University of Florida began studying acai berry for their alleged healing properties. What the former found is that acai berry extract can fight bacterial infections, and what the latter found is that acai berries caused more than 3/4 of leukemia cells in vitro to self-destruct.

A more recent report called “Biochemical and Technical Studies on Acai” published by Dr. Herve Rogez found several promising conclusions, including that a single serving of acai berries contains more than two times the daily recommended dose of Vitamin E and the total recommended daily dose of Calcium.

Other research, including from the USDA itself, conducted not on acai berries themselves but rather on a potent ingredient known to be found in acai berries, a type of antioxidant called anthocyanins, found incredible links between anthocyanins and anti-aging.

So now when you read how good acai berries are for your health, you now have some scientific research to back that up.

It’s common knowledge by now that acai berry products like Acai Supreme are great for losing weight. Some folks are even aware of some of the cleansing and detoxifying benefits of all the antioxidants they contain. But there are quite a few lesser known benefits of acai products, such as Acai Supreme, and one of those is the benefit to your eyesight.

Our eyes are our windows to the world. For most of us, sight is the primary sense we use to perceive our environment. And with clearer eyesight comes a clearer perspective. Conversely, weak and blurry eyesight gives us a blurry and weakened perception of all that’s going on around us. Poor eyesight can make a person feel isolated, alienated, disoriented, and confused. Poor eyesight might even be a contributor to depression–who’s to say?

But other than eating carrots and wearing glasses or contacts, no one’s ever taught us what we can do to improve our eyesight. Until now, that is…

Acai Supreme and other acai berry products like it–be they acai supplements or acai berry juices–but those same antioxidants that cleanse our body of toxins are also beneficial to our vision. They’re a special type of antioxidant called anthocyanins, and one of their benefits is improving eyesight. They do this by improving blood flow through the capillaries to the eye and strengthening and restoring connective tissue and shoring up the collagen around the eyes. They also combat the free-radicals that could otherwise put harmful pressure on the eyes.

Also prevalent in great amounts in Acai Supreme and other such products are omega fatty acids, another component instrumental to good vision by helping the cell membranes around the eyes to more effectively absorb nutrition.

Be it to fight or prevent conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration or just to get a better view on life, Acai Supreme–and acai products like it–can give you supreme eyesight.
